Pallavi Nair

Research Assistant

 

​Pallavi completed her undergraduate degree at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in 2023 with a BA in Psychology and a double minor in Counselling and Criminology.

 

Her research interests span a multitude of topics within sexology, clinical psychology, the political sphere, and the point at which these intersect. Her areas of focus include exploring the intricacies of sexual attraction and paraphilias, the antecedents of psychopathology and personality disorders, and the role of race, class, and gender in human sexuality.

 

Pallavi’s passion for social justice has inspired pursuit of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) to enter the field of law as an attorney. However, her love for research in psychology has also resulted in a desire to complete a PhD in experimental psychology down the line.
